Update 2.0 : A rework of code

The main goal of this update was to improve the code and fix some visual issue.

Unlike the 1.0 the game can now have a web version.

fix :

-removed the graphic card killer

-removed the lag source

-improve the code

-normals flipped on the carpet

-metal material missing

-missing patient colors

-reduce patient speed

-game not launching on the menu

add:

-asynchronous level loading

-title screen
